Club Operations Assistant

Monitors operations of club stand-alone activity during normal hours of operation, as well as other assigned areas in the absence of management, including nights and weekends. Ensures all work processes are accomplished in accordance with standards set by management. Provides day-to-day advice and guidance to employees for work assignments; relays instructions from management for work assignments; sets the work pace ops tempo; demonstrates work methods and provides work-related guidance; ensures that work site materials and tools are available. Ensure scheduled events and entertainment are implemented in accordance with contracts and management/caterer directives. Assists other employees in routine tasks to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently, including performing cashier-checker duties, waiter duties, food related service duties. Responsible for issue, receipt and control of cash boxes. At the end of each day, clears the cash register, completes daily financial reports and deposits cash in main drop box or submits to Cashier; ensures cashier cage is alarmed/secured. Conducts daily inventories, ensures food, beverage and supply orders are accomplished and turned in as needed; develops/submits proposed work schedules to management; works with management/cooks to ensure food portions are adhered to in order to meet cost of sale goals and objectives. Experience:
Experience with provided demonstrated knowledge of club, restaurant, lounge and retail operations is required. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and sales operations. Must have experience in and knowledge of methods and procedures relating to food preparation and presentation gained in a grill, snack bar, restaurant, club or similar food activity. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing, and to provide work direction to other club employees. Skill in dealing with the public. Knowledge of fire, health and safety regulations.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
